$500- $750 per service per year
Massage Therapist, Physiotherapist. Chiropractor, Acupuncture, Naturopath, Osteopath, Occupational Therapist, Dietitian Podiatrist / Chiropodist, Psych / Social Worker, Speech Therapist, Audiologist
Prescription drug coverage
80%-100% Co-Insurance
Choose your level of coverage between 80%-100% of prescription drugs including a Pay Direct Card, Online Claims, Direct Deposit and a Smartphone App for ease of use.
Dental coverage
80% Basic 50% Major and 50% orthodontics
Major Dental: Includes - Crowns, Bridges, Inlays, Onlays, Implants, Wisdom Teeth, Dentures
Orthodontics: Braces available for both adults and children up to $2000 (lifetime)
Basic Dental: - Exams, Fillings Extractions Scaling, Fluoride, X-rays, Root Canals

Life and accidental death
$25,000 - $250,000 no medical evidence required (based on group size)
The larger the group, the more each individual will qualify without any medical evidence.

Short Term - 0-120 days
Long Term - 120 days to age 65
24 Hour coverage for both accident and sickness pays 67* or your eligible income
